Business in Agriculture – Russian and Central Asian Origin
Geographical position
Our region, albeit remote, has a lot of strategic advantages.
Firstly, it has a very easy access to a few similarly remote regions: inner China, Central Asia, Siberia. These regions face extremely high import costs due to the logistics and therefore the local prices and profit margins are high.
Secondly, the processed products benefit from low labour costs, high land availability and cheap running costs of industrial facilities.
Lastly, we are in the niche field, and have the particular expertise and competitive advantage which justify our profit margins.
